Bird Sighting Submission Form

Important note: You should complete the name and email fields if you are reporting scarce or unusual sightings. The society may wish to contact you for additional details and your sightings may be omitted from official reports otherwise.

     Time -

[Don't worry too much about the formatting of your species entries, but the preferred format is to separate species with commas and to put the numbers seen, if applicable, before the species name. Also, feel free to put any comments in square brackets after the species name. Please also try and use the correct species names. See the example below the form, however, don't worry too much about this, it's just to try and process all the sightings as quickly as possible and get them on the Sightings page. The important part is that we receive your records and the formatting will be checked anyway, before publishing on the site.]

[Should be completed if reporting scarce or unusual sightings as the society may wish to contact you for additional details and possible inclusion in official reports. Will appear on the website if completed.]
