New Ollerton - 1 Firecrest [at Ollerton traffic island picnic area with large tit flock].

Colwick Country Park - Nature Reserve: Water Rail [courseway], 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker. Loop Bank: 12 Redwing. Trout Lake: Mandarin Duck, 2 Red-crested Pochard [male & female].
Gringley Carr - Pumping Station area: 1 Pink-footed Goose [with Greylags], 1 Short-eared Owl, c.30 Corn Bunting.

Arnot Hill Park - Bohemian Waxwing [heard at approximately 15:15 around the rose garden], 3 Goldcrest, 1 Nuthatch, 58 Tufted Duck, 1 Sparrowhawk, 23 Redwing.

Oxton Estate - 150 Northern Lapwing, 70 Fieldfare. Plus: 2 Brown Hares [boxing].

A52 Pit: Iceland Gull [1st Winter], Mediterranean Gull, 16 Common Redshank, 8 Common Snipe, Water Rail, 18 Siskin.
Wollaton Park - 16 Northern Shoveler, 26 Gadwall, 30 Common Pochard, 1 Smew [female], 1 Treecreeper.
Clumber Park - 1 Hawfinch.
Clayworth Common - 2 Short-eared Owl [17:15].
Gringley Carr - 2 Short-eared Owl [showing well at SK7396], 3 Northern Pintail [1 male and 2 female], c.100 Corn Bunting [on set-aside].
River Idle - Hallcroft area:- 2 Bullfinch [male and female], 6 Yellowhammer, 8 Reed Bunting, 1 Shelduck, 6 Northern Shoveler, 1 Grey Heron.

Holme Pierrepont - Marsh Harrier [seen flying very low over gravel pits. Landed in tree at far end facing the new football pitches on Regatta Way at about 15:30. Still present at 16.45].
Clumber Park - 6 Whooper Swan [in flight, low over lake], 1 Great Grey Shrike [South lawns].
Nottingham City Centre - 3 Common Buzzard [soaring above city around 11:30].
Colwick Country Park - Trout Lake: Yellow-legged Gull, 89 Common Pochard, 2 Red-crested Pochard, 12 Common Goldeneye, Mandarin Duck, 20 Northern Lapwing.
Lound - 1 Treecreeper, 2 Red-legged Partridge, 1 Bullfinch, 16 Goosander, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Common Goldeneye [male], 1 Tree Sparrow, 32 Redwing.
Attenborough Nature Reserve - Delta Hide: 2 Little Grebe, Sparrowhawk, Reed Bunting [numerous displays], Bittern [showed for 30 minutes in the far right reed bed from 09:30 then short flight across water at 10:00. A second bird appeared from reeds and flew to join the first].Fri 15th Feb
Attenborough Nature Reserve - 1 Red-crested Pochard [female with a small group of Mallard in SW corner of Tween Pond]. Cricket Ground: 6 Redwing, 1 Fieldfare.
Holme Pierrepont - 1 Brent Goose [dark-bellied form still present with Canada flock at 17:00 - favouring the campsite].

Clumber Park - 1 Firecrest [adult male seen well in Cedar often singing with crest flared watched on/off for 20 minutes], 2 Lesser Spotted Woodpecker [pair].
Colwick Country Park - Nature Reserve: 2 Chiffchaff, Coal Tit, Willow Tit, 10 Redwing, Green Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker. Loop Bank: 35 Redwing, 6 Siskin, 2 Kingfisher. Trout Lake: 14 Common Gull, 57 Common Pochard, 2 Red-crested Pochard, Mandarin Duck.

Hoveringham - 26 Whooper Swan [Railway Lake at 16:00 also one on approach to Sailing Lake].

Annesley - 4 Common Buzzard. Plus: 15 Fallow Deer.

Collingham - New Workings: 280 Eurasian Wigeon, 2 Northern Pintail, 1 Short-eared Owl.
